Jouer Mineral Powder Bronzer Review & Comparison Swatches

I’ve been on a bronzer hunt for a while, and I’ve just discovered a new favorite : Jouer Mineral Powder Bronzer in Suntan. My skin is light to medium with yellow undertones, so I have a hard time finding bronzers that don’t look red and muddy on me.

I was slightly disappointed when the packaging literally fell apart right out of the box. Jouer compacts have a cool feature where they lock into each other so you can create your own custom palettes, which I wanted to try out. I obviously didn’t get the chance, so I just put my new bronzer into my MUFE magnetic palette.

Bottom to Top : Jouer Suntan, Benefit Hoola, Nars Laguna, & Physicians Formula  Light Bronzer

As you can see, Suntan is similar to Hoola but slightly lighter. It’s also a lot like Nars Laguna, except it’s matte so it can be used for contouring. The powder is super finely milled, and blends into your skin easily. It gives me a natural bronze look, which I really like. This is definitely one of my new favorite bronzer shades, and I will repurchase it in the future. Jouer is a lesser known brand that has some awesome products, so if you haven’t heard of them go check them out. They are sold at Nordstrom too!
